ComForcare Senior Services is committed to respecting the privacy of visitors to the ComForcare website. The only information that this website collects from p0ublic users is an email address whenever an email is sent to the Webmaster for the purpose of allowing an email response to any questions / comments received by the Webmaster. Beyond that purpose, the email address is not shown, given or provided to any third parties.

Some of our websites link to other sites created and maintained by other public and/or private sector organizations.

These links are provided solely for your information and convenience. When you link to an outside website, you are leaving the ComForcare website and our information management policies no longer apply.

You have the right to access the personal health information contained in your record. You also have the right to have this information corrected in your record. You also have the right to change or remove your consent.
