Our Story
Caring for our parents has always been the cornerstone of our culture.
With over 25 years of experience leading and optimizing multimillion-dollar operations at global firms like JP Morgan Chase, IBM and Genpact, I’ve built a career around solving complex challenges with efficiency and heart. But beyond boardrooms and business strategy, one value has remained constant: caring for our parents.
Rooted deeply in our cultural tradition, my husband and I have consistently prioritized caring for our aging parents—even while living and working across Europe, Asia, and North America. Balancing executive roles, a growing family, and caregiving across continents wasn’t easy. But it taught us what true support looks like—and how broken many care systems are for families like ours.
While serving on the board of the Senior Services Society of BC and other senior community groups, I gained deeper insight into the systemic gaps and emotional struggles seniors and their families face. This was a turning point.
Inspired by our own journey and the stories of others, my husband and I founded our caregiving venture with one goal: to help seniors live their best lives, and to let families focus on being present—without being overwhelmed.
We are committed to building a customized, respectful model of care—one that honors the individual, values cultural context, and brings peace of mind to families.
