For over 25 years, I led multimillion-dollar operations at firms like JP Morgan Chase and IBM. My career was built on solving complex problems—but the most significant challenge I ever faced wasn’t in a boardroom. It was at home.
Rooted in a culture where caring for our elders is a cornerstone of life, my husband and I spent years managing the care of our aging parents across Europe, Asia, and North America. Balancing executive roles and a growing family while navigating caregiving across continents taught us two things: what true support looks like, and just how broken the current systems are.
After serving on the board of the Senior Services Society of BC, I saw that our struggle wasn’t unique. Families everywhere are overwhelmed. We founded this venture to bridge that gap by providing customized, culturally respectful care that allows seniors to live their best lives. Our goal is to handle the complexities of caregiving so you can return to being a son, daughter, or partner—not just a stressed-out caregiver.
