Meet the Owner, Negar Almassian- Owner/Operator & Bahman Taghavi – Operations Manager

I have always been dedicated and committed to caring like family. My journey as a caregiver began when I cared for my Dad. I saw firsthand how compassionate, personalized care could transform lives. With the right encouragement, environment, and positive approach, my father, who could have deteriorated rapidly, instead he thrived. This experience inspired me to bring the same quality of care to others, helping them age with dignity in the comfort of their own homes while enhancing their quality of life. My family also owns a medical clinic back home, where I’ve seen how rewarding it is to provide medical services and meaningful engagement.

Having a Master’s of Science in Information Technology, I spent decades in the technology industry, where I developed a strong work ethic and businesslike style. I now bring those same values into my home care business, ensuring every aspect of care is approached with professionalism and compassion.

For me, caregiving is about more than just care—it’s about creating happy moments, fostering trust, and ensuring that my clients, like my own family, feel supported and valued. My goal is to give peace of mind to families, knowing their loved ones are cared for with dignity and respect. I develop personalized care plans and maintain ongoing engagement to create an environment where well-being is a priority.

In my personal life, I love spending time with my son, experiencing the world through his 5-year-old perspective, playing the piano, reading, and swimming. I aim to continue making a positive impact by paying forward the care that has benefited my family, helping others receive the same high-quality, compassionate care.
