Darpan Ahluwalia is the owner of Manotick Natural Market and Wellness Hub in Manotick, Ontario and a 25-year veteran of the natural health industry. An award-winning nutritionist, she is the author of two books (with a third currently in progress), creator and formulator of My Goldenroot™, and a recipient of multiple Top Nutritionist of the Year awards.
