Daniel Tan RN, Care Coordinator

Daniel completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) at York University/Seneca College, a four-year full-time program. Daniel was a caregiver while completing his studies, and understands first-hand the needs of our clients, and the importance of front-line care. Daniel develops our individualized care plans, and helps maintain the wellness of our clients with regular in-home assessments. He supervises our team of Personal Support Workers (PSW) and ensures client values and care preferences are respected. He enjoys photography and staying active.

Chamalee Gunarathna, Office Coordinator

Chamalee was educated as a Surgical Nurse in Sri Lanka and has been in the field over 10 years. A Chemical Lab Technician - Pharmaceutical graduate from Seneca College, Chamalee has worked in the pharma industry for 2 years. She is also an experienced caregiver who has been a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada for more than 8 years. Chamalee helps recruit and schedule our caregivers. She is also responsible for our Client Service Excellence Program, where we actively measure the satisfaction of our clients and caregivers at regular intervals. Chamalee loves cooking and getting outdoors.
